A digital library was inaugurated at Vishwas Institute of Paramedical Science Pune run by Aarogya Vidya Prasarak Mandal Pune. On this occasion, Principal of College of Pharmacy Prof. Ashwini Shewale, founder of Sai Pratik Clinical Lab Prof. Dr. Deepak Kumhar, Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Dr. Aswathy Pillai, Director, Mcure Pharmaceutical Ltd. Jayant Tilekar, teaching staff of the institute and students were present in large numbers. Students have access to e-treasure of books at home. The e-treasure of books is expanding the learning opportunities for students and making a large amount of knowledge available. Which helps in further education. Principal Prof. Ashwini Shewale appealed that digital library should be used to advance good thinking and education through reading. Prof. Deepak Kumbhar informed that books will be available to the students with one click, so digital library should be used more. Dr. Aswathi Pillai insisted that the students should take advantage of the opportunity that expensive books will be available for free with one click due to digital library. Due to digital library, students will get unlimited collection of books and e-resources, so students should use digital library more, Dr. Jayant Tilekar informed. Prof. Purva Tilekar moderated. Due to the digital library, the students can easily access the latest study and reference material without moving an inch from their place, the institute has made available all the books in the paramedical field in digital form and the digital library will be updated from time to time, said the director of the institute, Adv.
